While our initial consultation is fee-based, this amount is credited towards your service fee if you choose to proceed with us.

What is RDS Immigration's policy on punctuality for consultations?
Clients are required to arrive on time for their scheduled consultations to make full use of the session duration. Please note that arriving late may lead to a reduced consultation time, and there will be no provision for refunds or rescheduling. Should you foresee any delays, kindly notify us at the earliest opportunity.

What is RDS Immigration’s cancellation policy for consultations?
To cancel or reschedule your consultation session, please email us at info@rdsimmigration.ca. An administrative fee of $25 CAD applies to all cancellations.

Can I receive a refund if I cancel my consultation or don't show up?
Clients are eligible for a refund (minus the $25 CAD cancellation fee) if they cancel at least 2 business days in advance. Cancellations made less than 2 business days before the consultation and no-shows are not eligible for refunds.
